Our Penthouse is a large space with many extra features. The nightly rate for this large third floor apartment includes four guests aged 7 and older, and includes:
- spacious living room with ocean view
- full kitchen with all the necessities
- dining area
- one bedroom with a king bed
- one bedroom with two twin beds [made up as a king bed upon request]
- approximately 972 square feet
- one bathroom with a shower, no tub
- New in 2022, a second bathroom with tub
- laundry machines and drying rack
- TV and DVD player in living room and each bedroom
- hard surface flooring with area rugs
During the summer The Penthouse is only available to be rented from Saturday to Saturday. The nightly rate for Room 530 includes four guests aged 7 and older.
