Sea Bell Continental Breakfast
Start your day by joining us for a complimentary continental breakfast from
7-9:30 AM at The Sea Bell. Served daily are fresh baked breads, cold cereal, bagels & cream cheese, melba toast, jellies, juice, coffee and tea. The Sea Bell is a lovely gray cape built around 1800. It is immediately adjacent to Sea Chambers on our North side, accessible by a corridor near room #4.
Until recently, the Sea Bell had remained in the same family for four generations – 145 years. In its early days as a Tea Room it was a favorite lodging and dining spot for ol’ sea captains who moored their schooners at the river’s edge and walked up Wharf Lane. This section of the river, bordered now by the foot path to the public beach, was once dotted by fishing shacks and cottages.
We hope to recapture this feeling of yesterday by serving our continental breakfast in a manner befitting the charm and hospitality of Old New England.
If you wish your continental breakfast in your own room, please notify the front desk the preceding evening. This service is available from 8-9:45 AM, and there is a room service charge of $4 per person.

Outdoor Pool
Pool opening and closing is subject to weather. For those who enjoy an 80° pool temperature, rather than the 60° ocean waters, here are some guidelines:
No Lifeguard on duty – children must be accompanied by an adult.
No running or jumping
No glassware is permitted within the pool area. Plastic glasses are available at the Front Desk.
Pool & beach towels are furnished at the pool. Please leave soiled towels in the pool towel bin at the pool after use. Please do not use room towels for beach or pool.

Tennis
Our tennis court is located at 62 Cherry Lane, in a private wooded setting, quiet and apart from the hustle of downtown Ogunquit. The only spectators may be our family of cardinals or golden finches who seemed to, over the years, enjoy watching players of varying proficiency in the sport. The court is available by the hour, with bookings beginning at 9 AM and continuing until 7 PM daily. Court time may be booked at the Front Desk 24 hours in advance.

Golf
Sea Chambers is a member of The Cape Neddick Country Club, an 18-hole semi-private resort course located 2 miles south on Shore Road. York Fitness Center, located just 6 miles south on Route 1, is a full service fitness center offering the use of free weights, nautilus machines, cardiovascular equipment, sauna and aerobic classes. As a guest of Sea Chambers, you will enjoy all the benefits of being at your home gym while on vacation. Day passes may be obtained at our Front Desk.

Guest Laundry
Knowing you have the ability to do laundry while on vacation makes packing much easier! At Sea Chambers, we offer our guests an onsite laundry facility, available from 8 AM to 9 PM daily. Coin operated washers and dryers are available in the guest laundry facility, located near the Sea Bell.

Bikes ~ Please check with the Front Desk. We have plenty of room in our garage, please store them there, not in the room.

Breakfast ~ Continental breakfast is served at The Sea Bell daily from 8 – 10 AM.
Cable Television ~ Cable service is provided by Time Warner Cable. Due to ever-changing channel selections, please tune to channel 15 for a listing of networks and station numbers.
Check-In Time ~ 3:00 PM.
Check-Out Time ~ 11:00 AM. Thank you for your cooperation. If you plan to enjoy the remainder of the day here in Ogunquit, we have a Guest Bath facility available. Please stop at the Front Desk for the key.
Extras ~ Such as towels, pillows, cots, cribs, etc. may be requested from the Front Desk.
Fax ~ Sea Chambers fax number is (207) 646-0938. The charge is $2 per page for outgoing faxes and $1 per page for incoming faxes.

Housekeeping ~ Begins at 9:00 AM. Not available after mid-afternoon. Please hang “Maid Service” sign on door if you’ve left the room and wish to have it serviced. If the “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the door, your room will not be serviced.
Iron/Ironing Board ~ Available through the Front Desk. Please return after use.
Local Information ~ Please visit the Guest Lobby by room # 10 for brochures available on local things to do and places to visit. The Ogunquit Chamber of Commerce/Information Center is a great resource also. Visit them online at www.ogunquit.org for planning prior to your vacation with us.
Lost & Found ~ Can’t find something you remember bringing along? Or found something which doesn’t belong to you? Please check with the Front Desk.
Mail/Postage ~ Outgoing mail may be metered at the Front Desk, or stamps may be purchased at the U. S. Post Office located just south of Ogunquit Village on US Rte 1. Outgoing mail may be left at the Front Desk and generally goes out around 11 AM. Incoming mail for guests generally arrives at the office around 11 AM. The desk clerk will notify you of any mail.
Maintenance ~ Available from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. If a problem arises, please contact the Front Desk by dialing zero (0). If after 4:00 PM, we will do our best to meet your needs in a timely fashion.
Notary Service ~ Available at the Front Desk for a charge of $1 per page.

Reservations ~ You may tentatively reserve accommodations for next season by filling out a reservation form at the front desk. We will write to you during the first few months of the New Year requesting a deposit.
