Rate variation based on type of room and proximity to water.
All rooms have combination sitting and sleeping area with
king, queen and double beds. All rooms are non-smoking.
Rooms are equipped with refrigerators, dressing area with
private bath, and most rooms have balconies. Rooms have
heat, A/C, color cable TV, DVD/VCRs, hair dryers, telephones and
most have views of the everchanging ocean. Extra person
charges based on age and time of year. When making a
reservation, a two-night deposit is required, and a seven-day
notice of cancellation prior to arrival is required for a refund. All
cancellations are subject to a $15.00 cancellation fee. During
July and August we have a four night minimum stay. Early
check outs will be charged in full, refunded if the space is resold.
Pool opening and closing subject to weather. No pets
allowed. Complimentary continental breakfast daily. Off site
tennis, golf, & fitness center privileges.
